Darlene is a commercial leader with more than 25 years of experience accelerating profitable growth in high-performance, high-expectation organizations. She has developed and executed several advanced Commercial Excellence/Growth Tools as both a process owner and facilitator within companies across a broad range of industries. The processes and skills she’s developed over time allows her to enable clients to achieve transformational growth that increases revenue, drives share gains, reduces costs, and improves profitability.

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Darlene held executive and P&L roles with public and private equity-backed companies, including Danaher Corporation, Baxter Healthcare, MW Industries, and Air Products & Chemicals. 

Darlene holds an MBA in Marketing and Management from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
