We hire experienced practitioners of Lean principles who are expert in multiple Lean tools and ready to make an impact for our clients on Day 1.
We are looking for people who have demonstrated a track record of driving operational improvement in a broad range of business types in vertical industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and financial services.
We require our Practitioners to demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, for both client companies, and to consistently make NEXT LEVEL Partners a stronger client partner.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are necessary to quickly establish credibility to lead, manage, and motivate a team of client individuals as they progress on their Lean journey. We value your ability to lead change through influence.
We look for your proven ability to lead and effectively communicate across all levels of a client organization including private equity firm representatives.
A reasonable level of “broad business acumen,” in addition to kaizen and Lean expertise, is a distinct advantage, as is some operational financial acumen. This broad understanding of business operations is linked to delivering superior results for our clients.
