Will has more than 20 years of experience implementing Lean principles and strategies in both the service and manufacturing industries. He is a hands-on leader-of-change with an enviable track record of coaching and mentoring teams through transformational Lean journeys leading to accelerated operating and financial performance. 

Prior to joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Will held engineering and operations leadership roles at Danaher Corporation, driving results through Toyota Production System methodologies to yield accelerated operational performance. He also held operational leadership roles for Bose Corporation.

Will earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University as well as a BA in Business Administration from Presbyterian College.
