Ronica is an accomplished Lean operations executive with a strong track record of transforming organizations through the implementation of comprehensive Lean Business Systems. As an experienced business leader, Lean transformation architect, and Lean TPS sensei, she is recognized as one of the few non-Japanese Lean experts in the United States. Her Lean senseis were members of Taiichi Ohno’s original Toyota team. She was trained on Hoshin Kanri by its creator, Dr. Yoji Akao.

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Ronica was a Danaher Business System Director (“DBS”) at Danaher Corporation in the Southern United States and Mexico. She also served as the DBS Director for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, one of Danaher’s largest companies. She has personally facilitated over 750 kaizens in 22 Danaher facilities as well as suppliers in North America, Europe, and Asia. 

Ronica is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a BS in Industrial Engineering.
