Skip is a broadly skilled sales, marketing, and operating executive with more than 30 years serving the industrial marketplace. He is passionate about helping clients achieve breakthrough growth and profit improvement using Lean transformation techniques. 

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Skip was Chief Executive Officer of Wurth/Eastern Fastener Corporation and served as Chairman of the Wurth North American Industrial Group Purchasing Council with responsibility for the total annual procurement of Wurth’s seven U.S. operating companies. 

Skip was a senior sales and marketing executive for Danaher Corporation and was recognized for the development and delivery of several high-impact sales & marketing training programs. This enabled the Danaher Tool Group and its distributor partners to realize significant market share gains and growth over the overall market rates. 

Skip holds a BA in Political Science from Fairfield University.
