Sabine is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with more than 20 years of experience identifying and developing high-performing executive talent. With a background rooted in Lean-focused recruitment, she spent 17 years as part of the leadership team at one of the first search firms in the U.S. dedicated to placing leaders with Toyota Production System, Lean, and operational excellence expertise.

Throughout her career, Sabine has established a strong reputation for partnering closely with clients to understand their culture, business needs, and operational objectives, ensuring the placement of proven leaders who can drive transformation and deliver long-term value. She has successfully placed some of the most respected Lean executives across industrial manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, aerospace, life sciences, and other complex industries.

 

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Sabine expanded her leadership experience as Admissions Director at Keiser University, where she built and led high-performing admissions teams for a growing healthcare education campus.

Sabine holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Keiser University.
