Eleazar is an operational and Lean transformation leader with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. His deep expertise in Lean Manufacturing, coupled with his extensive background in automotive, industrial, and consumer goods sectors, allows him to help clients understand the impact that Lean Transformation can have on their organizations. His experience includes maquiladoras operations, start-ups, and reshoring operations to Mexico.

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Eleazar held leadership roles at prominent companies such as Delphi and Kasco, where he successfully managed large-scale manufacturing operations, implemented Lean initiatives, and optimized supply chain performance.

Eleazar earned a M.B.A.  from the University of Texas – Brownsville and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M – Kingsville. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.
