She is a visible Lean advocate known for influencing and empowering teams, accelerating performance, and creating alignåment through high engagement, collaboration, and process efficiency.

Over the past two years at NEXT LEVEL Partners® (NLP), Christina has expanded her impact beyond Lean transformation by stepping into a dual-path role supporting both Business Development and client delivery. As a Lean Practitioner, she has facilitated Kaizen events, led Value Stream Mapping initiatives, coached leaders, and partnered with executive teams across energy, industrial manufacturing, insurance, banking, tech, aerospace, financial services and construction.

In her expanded role as a Business Development Associate, Christina leverages her 20+ years of industry experience—particularly in Oil & Gas and Energy—and her extensive executive network to build new relationships, generate revenue growth, and open doors for NLP across key strategic segments. She brings a unique blend of operational expertise and commercial acumen, enabling her to diagnose client needs, shape tailored solutions, and accelerate sales cycles.
