Brian brings a unique leadership background in Lean healthcare and manufacturing with over 25 years of expertise in engineering, operations, and marketing. Specializing in supporting complete business transformations, he ensures companies become self-sustaining by integrating Lean/continuous improvement principles and processes into the DNA of the culture. 

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Brian was a Director of the Danaher Business System (“DBS”), transforming new acquisitions around the world. His Lean Journey included a role as Engineering Manager at Goodrich Aerospace, under the guidance of Boeing’s Lean Supplier Support Group and some of Japan’s leading Lean Sensei. 

Brian earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, as well as a Finance and Accounting Certificate from Stanford University. He is an adjunct professor at both the Community College of Denver and Pikes Peak Community College, as well as a guest lecturer for the University of Colorado and California Polytechnic State University.
