Bill is a founding principal of NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC. He founded the firm with the vision to leverage his more than 30 years of successful leadership experience into Lean transformation client offerings that take organizations to the next level of business performance.

Bill honed his craft at Danaher Corporation from 1991 to 2003.  After creating Danaher’s Just-In-Time Promotion Office, which evolved into the Danaher Business System Office, Bill’s operational and leadership roles at Danaher included Director of Tool Group Operations and several company President roles, including President, Jacobs Vehicle Systems. Just prior to founding NEXT LEVEL Partners, Bill served as an Executive Officer of Danaher Corporation as Vice President of the Danaher Business System, Vice President of Procurement, and Group Executive.

Bill’s focus was at Danaher—as it is now—on delighting customers through the application of Lean transformation tools and processes.

Bill is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MS in Engineering Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
