Andy is a recognized pioneer and leader of Lean implementation in a broad range of geographies and industries with deep expertise in the hospitality and entertainment industry. As a former Danaher Business System (“DBS”) Director at Danaher Corporation, Andy had oversight for operational improvements at all Danaher businesses in the Southeastern U.S., Asia, and South America. 

Before his leadership role with Danaher, he drove operating and cultural transformations at several Danaher-owned businesses in China and North America, building world-class Lean reputations of several of these, including newly-acquired businesses.

Andy holds a BS in Engineering from Clemson University, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The Juran Institute, & Master Black Belt certificates in a wide variety of Lean Tools.
