Jim is a human resource executive with 30 years of experience identifying A-player talent in private equity-backed and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining NEXT LEVEL Partners^®, LLC, Jim founded Better Talent Faster, a human capital and executive search firm. He is also HR Operating Advisor for Kirtland Capital Partners. 

He previously held positions as Chief Human Resources Officer for a PE-owned building products company, Group VP of Human Resources for Rexnord’s Water Quality platform, VP of Human Resources at Danaher Corporation’s, Danaher Tool Group, and a variety of human resource roles at Allied-Signal/Honeywell. 

Jim holds a BS in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and a Master of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University.
